Return & Exchange Policy
At Siwar, we want you to love your purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

We do not offer refunds. We only offer exchanges or store credit, and only under specific conditions. Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving their order if there is an issue. After that period, we will not be able to process any exchange or store credit.
Exchanges & Store Credit
We offer exchanges or store credit only in the following cases:
• If you received the wrong item.
• If the item arrived damaged.
• If there was a mistake with your order.
To be eligible, you must:
• Contact us within 3 days of receiving your item.
• Ensure the item is in its original condition – unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
If your exchange is accepted:
• You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us and for covering the shipping cost of the new item.
• We will provide further instructions once we’ve reviewed your request.

Damages & Order Issues

Please note we do not accept returns or exchanges on:

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
